Virtual Lab - Terminal Velocity

In this experiment, we’ll be skydiving in Fortnite to explore the relationship between a skydiver’s angle of attack and their terminal velocity. Skydivers in free-fall accelerate quickly until they reach their “terminal velocity” - a maximum, constant speed of free-fall. By changing the shape of their bodies and their angle of attack, skydivers can reduce air resistance and increase their terminal velocity.
